Owner & Licensed Home Inspector
My interest in construction began through years of being around family, friends, and professionals involved in the industry. I have always appreciated the building process — not only how a home comes together, but the attention to detail required to build and maintain it properly. After earning my home inspection license, I continued developing my practical knowledge by working as an apprentice alongside an experienced home inspector who was also a general contractor. That experience strengthened my understanding of residential construction and sharpened my ability to recognize deficiencies, understand their significance, and clearly bring them to a client's attention.
I started Home Commander because I believe buyers and homeowners deserve straightforward information about one of the largest investments they will ever make. I approach every inspection carefully, independently, and without unnecessary alarm. My goal is to explain what I find in plain language, document it thoroughly, and help each client make a more informed decision with confidence.
As a local, independently operated inspection company, Home Commander provides personal service and direct communication throughout the process. When you hire Home Commander, you work directly with the inspector responsible for evaluating your home and answering your questions.

Building a Hands-On Foundation
My journey began by helping family members involved in the construction industry. That hands-on experience introduced me to the building process and taught me the importance of doing the job correctly.
Beginning My Formal Education
I enrolled with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) to develop a professional understanding of residential systems and inspection practices. This education turned my interest in construction into a clear career path.
Entering the Industry
After completing the AHIT program, I began working with RCS Contracting in Florida. This opportunity allowed me to apply my education in the field and expand my practical knowledge of residential construction.
Advancing My Training
I attended the InterNACHI School to continue developing my inspection knowledge and professional skills, completing the program and earning an additional home inspection certification.
Establishing Home Commander
I founded Home Commander in 2016 and began serving homeowners and buyers throughout Florida. After relocating to the Myrtle Beach area, I reopened Home Commander to provide the same thorough, independent, and client-focused inspection service to communities across the Grand Strand.
